Directions for Using the Divine Play Meditation by Katerina Hardin:
It is best to listen to this as you are falling asleep, on a low volume setting. Then, first thing in the morning, upon waking. Continue listening any time you feel anxiety, stress, fear, or whenever self-sabotaging thoughts arise. Listen every day for 30 days at least, which is good 60 days is better, but 90 days is excellent. I believe in you.
